WorkInvest

Formerly known as the NH Job Training Fund, WorkInvest provides matching grants to employers to upgrade the skills of current employees. NH’s community colleges have served as a training provider for the program to deliver training tailored to the employer’s industry and specific workforce needs.

ApprenticeshipNH

Employers can help employees advance professionally through ApprenticeshipNH and the “earn while you learn” model that enables employees to serve as apprentices. Through the program, participants receive progressively higher wages for on-the-job training and tuition support for classroom instruction.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help small businesses grow and create jobs by providing them with greater access to education, capital, and business support services. It is offered at no cost to NH business leaders and CCSNH faculty help deliver the 12-week program.

WorkReady

WorkReadyNH provides free skill building for job seekers and career builders including resume writing, interviewing and other core soft skills. Offered at all seven NH community colleges, the program helps job seekers and career builders improve the skills identified by employers as essential to workplace success.
